Laor Engineering conducted a training day on mechanical seals for pumps, aimed at the maintenance and procurement managers of Paz Refineries.

After the training, the participants enjoyed a hearty lunch and, in good spirits, continued with a guided tour of the Seal Repair Unit. During the tour, explanations and examples of seals from the field were provided, along with an analysis of failure causes.
Participants also received theoretical materials and technical datasheets to follow along with the explanations.
The training was conducted in a positive atmosphere, with high engagement, professionalism, and clear instruction.
