Our steam boilers are manufactured by Magnabosco, Italy, a leader in the industry since 1964.
The boiler design is based on vertical water tubes (rather than a coil system). These boilers are available in over 15 sizes, ranging from a capacity of 45 kg/hr to 30 tons/hr. We offer flexible firing options, including burners for natural gas, diesel, heavy oil, as well as electric heating models.
The boiler generates steam rapidly—within minutes of activation—and is highly fuel-efficient. Each unit is delivered on a heavy-duty steel skid, integrated with a feed water tank and a water softener (if ordered).
Dry Steam: Most models are equipped with a superheater as a standard or optional feature, ensuring 100% dry steam.
Compact Design: The system is space-saving and highly mobile; it can be easily moved by forklift to any location.
Plug & Play: Once connected to piping and electricity, the unit is immediately ready for operation.
Fully Automated: The boilers are fully automated and equipped with all safety devices required for secure operation.
Local Availability: All boiler accessories and compatible spare parts are readily available in Israel.
