Laor Engineering Ltd. has a skilled service department and excellent equipment for performing maintenance and service work on steam boilers of all sizes and types available in Israel.

The service team, operating under engineering supervision, is responsible for the following tasks:

• Preparing steam boilers for the annual inspection required by the Ministry of Labor.

• Servicing the burner and boiler control system, including on-call troubleshooting and repairs.

• Certified service for Weishaupt burners to improve combustion efficiency.

• Checking all safety and protection devices of the boiler.

• Boiler body repairs, including replacement of fire and flame tubes.

• Chemical cleaning and high-pressure water cleaning of both the water and fire sides.

• Fireproof construction work, including burner cones, refractory brick rings in the flame tube, refurbishment of front and rear combustion chambers, and complete boiler structure renewal.
